The first step is a conversation — not a commitment.
This is a 45-minute deep-dive session where I listen to your full story — not a 15-minute appointment where you have to convince me your pain is real. You'll leave with:
Your $149 assessment fee is applied toward the Foundation Protocol if you decide to enroll.
45 minutes. Your full story. Finally heard.
During your assessment, I'll share what a full 4-month program would look like for your specific situation — including investment and payment options.
No pressure. No surprise costs. Just a real conversation about whether this is right for you.
After your assessment, there's no pressure to decide immediately. I'll follow up with your session summary and any resources relevant to your situation.
Full transparency. You'll always know what things cost before I recommend them.
No upselling. I'll never recommend something you don't need.
Direct access. You work with me — not assistants.
Honest assessment. If this isn't right for you, I'll say so.
Your care, not your insurance company's. This practice is cash-pay so every clinical decision is based on what's best for you — not what's reimbursable. I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
It's a 45-minute deep-dive session — not a rushed 15-minute appointment. I'll listen to your full story, ask about your symptoms across all six systems (gut, hormones, nervous system, pelvic floor, sexual health, and lifestyle), and help you understand how everything connects. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's happening and a personalized roadmap — whether or not you decide to continue working with me.
This is a cash-pay practice. That means every clinical decision is based on what's best for you — not what your insurance company will reimburse. I provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients find that their HSA or FSA covers the cost.
Luteal Health currently serves patients via telehealth in California, Texas, and Florida. All visits are conducted via secure video.
No. Many women with chronic pelvic pain don't have a formal diagnosis — it takes an average of 7-10 years just to get one. If you're dealing with chronic pelvic pain, painful periods, GI issues, or other symptoms consistent with endometriosis, you don't need a surgical diagnosis to benefit from this approach.
Many of my patients come to me after surgery — sometimes after the pain has returned, sometimes because they want to optimize their recovery and prevent recurrence. Surgery addresses the lesions. This program addresses everything else: the inflammation, the nervous system sensitization, the gut dysfunction, the hormonal imbalance. They work together.
Yes. If you decide to enroll in the Foundation Protocol after your assessment, the $149 is credited toward your program investment. The assessment is designed to be valuable on its own — you'll leave with real answers and a plan — but if you choose to continue, you won't pay twice.
Four months of comprehensive, coordinated care. This includes regular visits, between-visit messaging access to me directly, and a full graduation plan so you're equipped to maintain your progress independently. After completing the Foundation Protocol, graduates can continue with quarterly Optimization visits.
If you complete your Comprehensive Assessment and don't feel it was worth every penny — if you don't walk away with genuine clarity about what's driving your symptoms and what to do about it — I'll refund your assessment fee in full. No questions, no awkwardness. You deserve to feel confident that this is the right step.
