The Endo Course · Founding group · Starts November 9
You had the surgery. You tried the pills. And endo is still running your life.
I made this course for you. It's 9 modules on how endo really works, why you're still in pain, and what you can actually do about it, so you finally have a plan and the tools to work on it.
Does this sound like you?
- You have a history of childhood or adult trauma, and you feel like you're always on edge.
- It's 2am and your bladder is burning again.
- Your jeans don't button by lunch.
- You're extremely fatigued, even after 8 hours of sleep.
- Sex hurts, so you avoid it, and then you feel guilty for avoiding it.
- For years you were told it was IBS, stress, or "just your period."
- You have a list of diagnoses, like SIBO, IBS, hEDS, POTS, migraines, TMJ or back pain.
- You had surgery, maybe more than once, and the pain came back.
- Every appointment ends with "everything looks fine."
- You've spent a small fortune on supplements and specialists, and you're still looking.
If you're nodding along, I want you to know I see you. I've been exactly where you are.
Now imagine this instead
Imagine understanding your pain instead of constantly wondering what's wrong with you. Having a plan for the hard days, so a flare doesn't send you spiraling. Saying yes to plans again. Walking into your doctor's office feeling clear and confident. Feeling like you again.
That's what I want for you. It's what I got back, and it's why I made this course.
If you're skeptical that this is going to work, hey, I see you. I've definitely been there.
I was one of the biggest skeptics out there that healing my symptoms would actually happen. My pain and symptoms were so huge, so painful and so all-encompassing that I thought there had to be a big, huge, crazy solution. I had two surgeries trying to prove it.
And here's something most people don't know: most doctors get very little training in chronic pain. A Johns Hopkins study of 117 medical schools found most US schools spent less than five hours on pain education.* That's not their fault, and it is definitely not yours. It's just a gap nobody has filled for you yet.
So I have one question for you, and one promise.
My question
If you've tried everything else, Western medicine, Eastern medicine, whatever you've been offered, and you've seen all the doctors and nothing has worked, and I'm here offering what healed my pain and has helped my patients, what do you have to lose?
My promise
If you take my course, do the practices, and nothing about your pain has changed, and it felt like a complete waste of your time, I will refund your money in full. All I ask in exchange is a 1-hour phone call with me, where you tell me everything about the course that could be done better.
I mean it. I'm trying to make the best course out there for women in pain, because that was me and I know how bad it gets. I will very gladly give you your money back for an hour of your time, so I can make this better and help more women. That's what this is about for me: helping women who don't know what else to do.
*Mezei L, Murinson BB. J Pain. 2011;12(12):1199-1208.
You've seen me online. That's why you're here.
I'm Heather, a board-certified nurse practitioner, and I have endo too (I also had SIBO, TMJ, interstitial cystitis, and very, very painful sex). After two surgeries and years of feeling lost, I went deep into chronic pain science, and everything finally made sense. Today I've lived symptom-free, and I've been symptom-free for about 2 years now through this work. Now I get to share it with you, and honestly, it's my favorite thing in the world.
What we'll do together: 9 modules
Module 0
Start Here
I'll share my story, why hope matters so much, where to find stories of women who recovered, and the red-flag symptoms that mean call your doctor or go to the ER.
You'll walk away with: proof that women really do recover, where to find their stories, and the red flags that mean call your doctor, so you can try this without second-guessing every twinge.
Module 1
Endo 101
We'll go deep into the research, explained in a way that actually makes sense:
- Which hormone or birth control is best for controlling endo pain, and whether Lupron or Orilissa is worth the side effects
- Whether you should get an ultrasound or an MRI, and when
- When surgery is actually needed, and how it can affect your fertility
- The new endo blood tests
- All the emerging treatments, like the peptides everyone's asking about, and much more
Plus the common mistake in how women take their medications that can keep them from working.
You'll walk away with: the endo myths you can stop believing, the medication mistake that may be why yours isn't working, what to say at your next appointment, and a clear, up-to-date picture of where endo science is headed.
Module 2
Understanding Chronic Pain
Why pain that lasts for months follows different rules than pain from a fresh injury. How the nerves that carry pain can become more sensitive over time, and what that means for what you should do now.
You'll walk away with: the idea that changes how you hear your pain: it's a danger signal, not a damage meter. Plus how your body learned it, and why that means it can unlearn it.
Module 3
Are the Lesions the Only Thing Causing My Pain?
The baseline tests worth asking your doctor about, and how to tell whether your pain is coming mostly from lesions, your nerves, your gut, your nervous system, or all of these. Plus why bladder pain, gut trouble and migraines so often show up together with endo. It's not a coincidence.
You'll walk away with: your own evidence list, the clues in your history that show how much of your pain comes from lesions and how much from a nervous system stuck on high alert.
Module 4
The Decision Point
You'll decide how to approach your pain. We'll make sense of your main pain drivers, talk about belief (including what to do if you're still a skeptic, like I was), choose your path forward to manage them, and name the things that will try to stop you before they get the chance.
You'll walk away with: a clear picture of your main pain drivers, the path you're choosing to manage them, and a heads-up on the thoughts that will try to talk you out of it.
Module 5
Retraining the Brain
Your brain can rewire how it processes pain. I'll teach you the techniques tested in clinical trials that use this, what to do in the middle of a flare, and specific practices for pelvic, period, sex, bowel and bladder pain.
You'll walk away with: a new way to respond when pain shows up, so your brain learns it's safe. That means daily practices, a way to meet flares without panic, and practices made just for pelvic, period, sex, bowel and bladder pain.
Module 6
Emotions Matter
Why held-in emotions can keep your pain alarm on, and research-backed tools like expressive writing to help you let them out. Plus the anger so many of us carry from being dismissed by doctors.
You'll walk away with: a safe way to finally let out what you've been holding in, including the anger from every doctor who dismissed you, and a tool you can keep using for life.
Module 7
Reduce Inflammation
What inflammation has to do with your pain, the gut under it all, food without fear, which supplements actually have evidence behind them, plus sleep, fatigue, and movement, including pelvic floor PT.
You'll walk away with: permission to eat without fear, a short list of supplements worth your money, and simple changes to sleep, caffeine and movement that support your body.
Module 8
A Better Version: Living Differently
How everyday stress from relationships, self-criticism and holding things in keeps your body on high alert, and what to change first. Plus a restart checklist for the days you feel stuck. Because there will be some, and that's okay.
You'll walk away with: a body-based way to tell your yes from your no, the courage to speak up, a story about yourself that isn't defined by pain, and a restart checklist for the days you feel stuck.

Who are working through the course with you and women who have already finished it. You won't be doing this alone.
One full year of access
Go back to any lesson whenever you need it, on your own timeline. Because healing isn't a straight line.
A voice in shaping the course
Your feedback after each module helps me make it better.
My money-back promise
Do the course and the practices, and if nothing about your pain has changed, you get a full refund in exchange for a 1-hour call with me.
Questions
Is this right for me?
I built this for you if:
- You have endo plus a whole list of other symptoms, like fatigue, bloating, bladder pain, painful sex or migraines.
- You've had surgery or tried hormones, and you're still in pain.
- You've tried everything, and your doctors still can't figure it out.
- You're tired, frustrated, maybe even angry, and you're ready for something different.
If your symptoms are complicated and nobody has been able to put the pieces together, this course was made with you in mind.
It may not be the right fit if your endo pain comes mostly with your period, stays moderate, and goes away with Advil. Honestly, I'm so glad that's your story. This course goes deeper than you probably need right now.
Is this medical care?
Not in the doctor's office sense. I can't diagnose you or tell you whether you need surgery, and our live calls aren't personal medical appointments.
What you do get is the research, the methods and the practices that helped me and my patients with chronic pain, taught step by step. Think of it like reading the best book on healing your pain, with me coaching you from afar.
Please keep your own doctors on your team. You'll walk into those appointments feeling clear and confident. And nothing in this course asks you to stop or change a medicine on your own.
Why is the founding price half off?
You're one of the very first women to go through this course, and that means so much to me. After each module, you'll fill out a short feedback form. Your answers help me make every lesson better for the women who come after you, and that's why the founding price is half off.
Because of your support, this is the only cohort that will have access for one full year.
Near the end, I'll be collecting testimonials. If you'd like to share your experience, I'd be so grateful, and it's always your choice.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You can split it up with Klarna at checkout.
You've already spent so much time trying to find answers. The appointments, the treatments, hoping the next thing would finally be the one. You deserve more than another list of things to try. You deserve to understand what's happening in your body, and to have tools that help you live your life again.
That's exactly why I made this course.
Your spot is waiting for you.
